You'll find this section in each newsletter. The idea here is that there are many small changes you can make to help you lose weight. Make changes that are right for you, and maybe, with enough of them, you'll lose weight even without a "plan" or "program." In any case, they can help no matter what plan you use. Today's weight loss tips:

1. Have convenient healthy snacks available. I realized one day how many healthy snacks I would enjoy - if they were convenient. Spend a little more if you have to, but have the ready-to-eat veggies right there at the front of the fridge, along with flavored, unsweetened water. Have sunflower seeds, baked chips and whatever healthy snacks you enjoy readily available. They might only take the place of the less healthy
 
alternatives if they are just as convenient.

2. Drink a cup of herb tea or water before a meal, so you won't feel as hungry, or have as much room left in your stomach.

3. Eat smaller portions. Of course you've heard this one, but we all need to be reminded sometimes, right?
